Admission Policy

Ch. Chhabil Dass Public School (CCDPS) believes in providing a transparent and inclusive admission process for all prospective students.
Registration/Admission Process for Pre primary classes starts in the month of September every year..

Age Criteria – Minimum 3 years at entry level

Admission will be done after verification of the following documents—–
1. Admission Form
2. Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth as proof of date of birth.
3. Aadhar card of student & Address Proof of parents
4. Income Proof of parents

For Other Classes except X and XII the admission/registration will be vacancy based only. The students who have passed the previous class examination from a school affiliated to CBSE or ICSE Board will only be eligible to apply for admission. .

All prospective students are tested for academic and social readiness. This is determined by grade level results on screening test given by the school, previous school performance as indicated by past report cards or formal progress reports and teacher evaluation.

The Students will be eligible for admission only after verification of the following documents–

(a) The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the
      Institution last attended and duly countersigned , if required.
(b) Document(s) in support of his having passed the previous class examination.
(c) Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth as proof of date of birth.
(d) Aadhar card of student and Address Proof of parents.
(e) Income Proof of parents.

Note :- The decision of the Principal/Headmistress will be final regarding admission.
